Equal Ground is a Community Gift Shop & Café established by iCare Support Services. Equal Ground for us means a space where everyone is equal and included.

Our purpose is to create a welcoming environment for marginalised or disadvantaged groups that are locked out of the traditional labour market where they can learn, gain diverse work experience and enjoy genuine vocational opportunities.

Equal Ground will feature both a gift shop and a ‘grab and go’ cafe, where we showcase and sell hand-crafted pieces made by our talented iCare community.
